Any concept,
live in 30 days.

We design and build web, mobile and agentic applications around the way you already work. A functional prototype by Day 5. Go live on Day 30. AI does the building; our engineers make every decision that matters.

What we build

Applications shaped to your process, not the other way round.

Instead of buying a product and changing how your team works, you get a small application built around your existing practice. If it runs on a spreadsheet and WhatsApp today, it can run on an app by Day 30.

Web application

Portals, dashboards and workflow tools

Internal tools, customer portals, approval workflows, booking and order systems, admin panels with role-based access.

  • Responsive, browser-based, no install
  • Roles, permissions, audit trail
  • Connects to the systems you already use
Launches on your own domain, under your own accounts.
Mobile application

Field, customer and staff apps

Cross-platform Android and iOS apps for people who are not at a desk: sales reps, technicians, delivery riders, members.

  • One codebase, both stores
  • Works offline where the job needs it
  • Push notifications, camera, location
Go live means submitted to both stores, with the web and admin side live.

Agentic application

AI agents with human gates

Agents that read documents, draft replies, triage requests or run a process end to end, with a person approving each step that matters.

  • AI connected to your tools and data
  • Guardrails, approval gates, full logs
  • Tested on an evaluation set before go-live
Deterministic core, AI at the edges, humans at every gate.

The process

Thirty working days. Two hard gates. No surprises.

The clock starts when the brief is clear and the Prototype Pack is paid. From there you see a working build every week, and nothing is added to the scope after Day 5 without going into the v1.1 backlog.

  1. DAY 0

    Intake

Send a short form or book a call. We match your brief to our template library and confirm the Prototype Pack. Payment starts the clock.

  2. DAYS 1–5

    Prototype

Discover, shape, set the design system, build a working prototype, then sign off the scope.

    Gate 1 · Day 5 sign-off
  3. DAYS 6–25

    Build

System design first, then three sprints with a demo every Friday and a staging link you can open any time.

    Gate 2 · Day 25 UAT build
  4. DAYS 26–30

    Launch

Your team tests, we harden, and the product goes live on Day 30.

BEFORE THE PROTOTYPE · DAY 2

A design system, before a single screen

Our UI/UX team sets the colours, type, spacing and components first. The prototype, and everything after it, is built from that system, so what you see on Day 4 is what you get on Day 30.

BEFORE ANY CODE · DAY 6

A system design, before a line of code

Our architects fix the data model, integrations, security and hosting plan before Sprint 1 starts. Nothing is built on guesswork, and nothing has to be rebuilt later.

DAYS 1–5Fixed $699

Prototype Pack

  1. DAY 1Discovery workshopHalf-day session. You get a one-page concept note: users, top user stories and what is out of scope.
  2. DAY 2Feasibility, shaping and design systemWe check tech, data and integrations, list risks and choose template or custom. Our UI/UX team sets up the design system the prototype will be built from.
  3. DAY 3Build the prototypeBuilt from the design system, starting from the matching template where one exists.
  4. DAY 4Prototype demoA live walkthrough with you. Feedback is captured on the spot.
  5. DAY 5Sign-off and build proposalFeedback in, BRD signed, scope frozen. You get a fixed-price proposal with milestones and payment schedule.
Gate 1 · Your choiceWith a signed BRD and fixed scope, you can stop here and keep the prototype, BRD and source, or continue and schedule Day 6. Either way, you own what was built.
DAYS 6–25A demo every Friday

30-Day Build

  1. DAY 6System design, then codeOur architects sign off the data model, integrations, security and hosting plan before any production code is written.
  2. DAYS 6–12Sprint 1: core flowThe main journey works end to end, on a staging link you can open any time.
  3. DAYS 13–19Sprint 2: features and integrationsRemaining features, integrations and roles. For agentic apps: tool wiring, guardrails, approval gates and the evaluation set.
  4. DAYS 20–25Sprint 3: polish and UAT buildEdge cases, security basics, store preparation for mobile, and the build your team will test.
Gate 2 · Day 25 UAT handoverYou receive the UAT build and a test script your team follows. Bugs are fixed in-sprint; new ideas go to the v1.1 backlog. That single rule keeps 30 days at 30.
DAYS 26–30 · LAUNCH

Test, harden, go live.

Five days from a working build to a live product, with your team testing and signing off every step.

  1. DAYS26–27

    UAT window

Your team tests. We triage each issue: blocker, fix now, or later.

  2. DAY28

    Fix and freeze

Last fixes land. Code freezes at the end of the day.

  3. DAY29

    Launch readiness

Everything on the checklist below is done and handed over.

  4. DAY30

    Go live

Launch, smoke test and sign-off. Then 14 days of hypercare: bug fixes, fast.

Ready by Day 29
  • Production setup
  • Domain and SSL
  • Backups
  • Monitoring
  • Data migration
  • Admin training
  • Handover documents and credentials

Two products, both fixed price

Pay for the prototype. Decide on the build after you've used it.

We never quote a full build before the BRD is signed. That is how 30 days turns into 60. Days 1–5 cost a fixed $699, and you get a price for Days 6–30 on Day 5, when everyone knows exactly what is being built.

Scope changes after Day 5 are priced separately as v1.1. Template-based builds are quoted at a lower tier.

The stop option is a feature, not a failed sale. Many clients buy the Prototype Pack to test an idea, raise budget, or show a board before committing. At Gate 1 you can walk away with a working prototype, a signed BRD and the source code, and come back when you're ready.

Server costs are separate. Where your application needs servers or hosting, those running costs are paid by you and are not part of the fixed price. If you would rather not manage that yourself, we can provide hosting as a separate service.

Template library

Start from a base we've already built, and pay less for it.

On Day 0 we match your brief against our template library. A hit means a faster prototype and a lower tier. Every project we finish feeds a new or improved template back into the library.

How thirty days is possible

AI embedded with human expertise.

We build with AI coding tools from the first hour. That is why a prototype takes days, not months. But speed without judgement ships the wrong thing quickly, so every decision that matters is made by an engineer, and every decision that affects you is made by you.

AI

Generates the code, screens and tests

Working from your signed BRD and our templates, so the first draft of every feature exists within hours.

YOU

Sign off scope, see every demo, run UAT

Day 5 BRD, Friday demos, Day 25 test script, Day 30 sign-off. You are never asked to trust a black box.

OUR ENGINEERS

Own architecture, security and release

They review what AI writes, design the data model, set the guardrails and run the launch.

AI, INSIDE THE PRODUCT

Runs there too, where it earns its place

For agentic apps we keep a deterministic core, put AI at the edges, and keep a human at every gate.

Questions we get on Day 0

Frequently asked questions

Are the 30 days calendar days or working days?
Working days. Thirty working days is about six calendar weeks. Weekends and agreed holidays are not counted, and a day on which we are waiting more than 24 hours for your feedback is paused, not counted.
Can we add features during the build?
Bugs and misunderstandings against the BRD are fixed inside the sprint at no cost. New ideas go into a v1.1 backlog and are quoted after go-live. This is the rule that keeps the promise honest.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the moment each milestone is paid. We hand over the repository, credentials and documentation on Day 30. Templates we started from remain ours to reuse; the application built on them is yours.
What happens after Day 30?
Fourteen days of hypercare are included: bug fixes only, fast turnaround. After that you can take it in-house, or keep us on a monthly retainer for support, improvements and the v1.1 backlog.
Is the 30-day timeline guaranteed?
The 30 days is a commitment on both sides, and we hold up ours: the team, the sprints and the Friday demos are fixed. What we cannot carry is a dependency outside our control: feedback or sign-off that takes longer than a day, content, data or system access that arrives late, or a third party such as a payment provider or an app store review. When that happens the clock pauses, you are told the same day, and it restarts when the dependency clears. The delay is not counted against the 30 days, and it is not ours to absorb.
How do you handle our data and security?
Data sensitivity is part of the Day 0 intake and the Day 2 feasibility check. We deploy to your cloud account where you prefer, apply role-based access, encrypt at rest and in transit, and for AI features we log every model call and keep a human approval step on anything consequential.
How is this different from a no-code tool?
You get real code you own, running on infrastructure you control, built to your process rather than to a builder's constraints. And you get engineers who take responsibility for security, integrations and the launch.
